Thank you for being part of Southern Utah FC.

As we begin planning for the 2026/27 academic year, we ask that all current players complete the form below to confirm whether they intend to return next fall. We hope you will consider continuing with the program and helping us build on this season.

Please review the information below carefully before submitting your response.

A $350 club fee deposit is due upon commitment to secure your place and allow us to re-register you with the league for the upcoming season. This deposit will be deducted from your total club fees for next year and is due no later than Monday, April 6th.

Please note:

The $350 deposit is non-refundable once paid, so please only commit if you are fully certain that you intend to return.

If you transfer to another program in the USA prior to June 1, 2026, the $350 deposit will be refunded.

Club fees for the 2026/27 academic year will remain the same as the 2025/26 academic year.

Final Club fee invoices will be due June 1st, 2026.
