Southern Utah FC | 2026/27 Returner Confirmation

Thank you for being part of Southern Utah FC.

As we begin planning for the 2026/27 academic year, we ask that all current players complete the form below to confirm whether they intend to return next fall. We hope you will consider continuing with the program and helping us build on this season.

Please review the information below carefully before submitting your response.

A $350 club fee deposit is due upon submitting your Intent to Return form to secure your place and allow us to re-register you with the league for the upcoming season. This deposit will be deducted from your total club fees for next year and is due no later than Wednesday, Monday May 11th.

Please note:

The $350 deposit is non-refundable once paid, so please only commit if you are fully certain that you intend to return.

If you transfer to another collegiate men's soccer program in the USA prior to August 1, 2026, the $350 deposit will be refunded. Under no other circumstances will the deposit be refunded.

Club fees for the 2026/27 academic year will remain the same as the 2025/26 academic year and will be sent along with your deposit payment link.

Final Club fee invoices will be due August 1st, 2026.

I understand that I am required to maintain a minimum GPA of 2.2. If my GPA falls below 2.2, I will be placed on academic probation. I further understand that failure to raise my GPA back to at least 2.2 will result in the loss of any club scholarship provided for the following semester and suspension from participation in league and cup matches until a 2.2 GPA is re-established.
I understand that, as a member of Southern Utah FC, I am expected to represent the club in a professional manner at all times, both on and off campus.

Club fees for the 2026/27 academic year will remain the same as the 2025/26 academic year for each player, as listed on their letter of intent.
Remaining Club fee invoices will be due not later than August 1st 2026.
Players who have paid their non-refundable deposits and fail to pay their remaining club fees by August 1st will not be registered with the club for the 2026/27 season and will be removed from club communication. There will be no airport pickup provided for players with outstanding balances.
I understand that, as a returning player, I will not be charged additional fees for the mandatory Admiral team attire for the 2026/27 season provided I participate in the club's required fundraising activities. I further understand that failure to participate in the required fundraising activities will result in me being responsible for the full cost of the mandatory team attire, estimated around $220.
